ORIGINAL DESIGN: 'MECHA' AESTHETIC KEYCAPS

Hybrid Material Build: Crafted from a blend of durable PBT and frosted translucent ABS. This unique combination ensures long-lasting durability while creating a stunning, diffused lighting effect with a premium textured feel.

Futuristic Visuals: A semi-transparent, dual-layer design featuring intricate Mecha elements, Sci-Fi motifs, and Greek sub-legends.

Solid Typing Feel: Engineered with an extra-thick 1.6mm wall thickness for a deeper, more solid sound profile.

REVOLUTIONARY PER-KEY FLEX-CUT ARCHITECTURE

Consistent, Soft, and Bouncy Typing Feel
Unlike standard mechanical keyboards, the RO75 features a premium 1.2mm PCB and FR4 Plate with Per-Key Flex Cuts. This advanced engineering involves cutting slots around every single switch, allowing each key to flex independently when pressed.

The Result: A significantly softer, more elastic typing experience with consistent sound feedback across the entire board—delivering that sought-after "HIFI" sound signature without the fatigue.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

Q: Does this keyboard produce the "Mahjong Sound" (Thocky sound) out of the box?

A: Yes. The RO75 is specifically "Sound-Tuned" for enthusiasts. It comes pre-installed with a premium Sound Package that includes PORON Plate Foam, an IXPE Switch Pad, EPDM Case Foam, and a PET Insulation Sheet. Combined with the Gasket Mount structure, this multi-layer design delivers a deep, marbly "thocky" or crisp "clacky" sound profile straight from the factory, with no extra modding required.

Q: What does the RO75 PRO sound and feel like?

A: The RO75 PRO is engineered for a premium, "Thocky" sound signature right out of the box.

  • Structure: It features a Gasket Mount design for a soft, cushioned typing feel.
  • Acoustics: It comes pre-installed with a 5-layer luxury sound package (Poron Sandwich Foam, IXPE Switch Pad, PET Sound-enhancing Pad, EPDM Case Foam, etc.) to eliminate hollow sounds.
  • Plate: The FR4 Plate with Per-key Flex Cuts provides a bouncy, flexible typing experience with consistent sound across all keys.

Q: What is the build quality and material?

A: This is a full custom-grade aluminum keyboard.

  • Case: Made from 6063 Aircraft-grade Aluminum Alloy, CNC-machined to perfection.
  • Weight: The back features a stunning 304 Stainless Steel Mirror-finished Weight, adding significant heft and a premium aesthetic to the board.

Q: How is the battery life and connectivity?

A: The specifications are top-tier.

  • Battery: It houses a massive 6000mAh battery, ensuring long-lasting performance in wireless modes.
  • Connectivity: Supports Tri-mode connection (Bluetooth 5.0, 2.4GHz Wireless, and Type-C Wired).
  • Software: Fully compatible with VIA, allowing you to easily remap keys and create macros on both Windows and Mac.

Q: What are the differences between the color options?

A: The main differences are the surface finish and keycaps:

  • Star Black: Electrophoresis + Spray Coating (Smooth, ceramic-like feel).
  • Space Gray: 220 Mesh Anodized (Classic matte metal texture).
  • Chinese Red / Gilded Pink: Spray Paint + High-Gloss UV Coating (Vibrant and shiny).
  • Note: The Gilded Pink version uses Translucent ABS keycaps with Silk Screen printing, while all other colors come with 5-Sided Dye-Sub PBT keycaps.

Q: Do you use high-quality PORON or cheaper EVA foam for the internal filling?

A: We use high-grade materials for the best acoustic performance. The assembly features PORON Plate Foam for the sandwich layer and high-density EPDM Foam for the bottom case to eliminate hollow sounds. We do not use cheaper EVA foam in these critical areas.

Q: Is this a "True" Gasket Mount structure with real flex?

A: Yes. The RO75 features an E-sports Grade Gasket Mount Structure. Unlike stiff implementations, our design includes a Per-key Flex-cut FR4 Plate and a 1.2mm Per-key Flex-cut PCB. These precise cuts allow the internal assembly to flex naturally when typing, providing a softer, more consistent feel and reducing harsh vibrations.

Q: Does this keyboard support Magnetic Switches (Hall Effect / Rapid Trigger)?

A: No. The RO75 is a premium Custom Mechanical Keyboard designed for the authentic mechanical feel. It features a Hot-swappable PCB compatible with standard mechanical switches (3-pin/5-pin). It comes with Pre-Lubed Switches for a smooth experience but does not use magnetic Hall Effect technology.

Q: Will the keycaps get shiny (oily) over time?

A: The keycaps are designed to resist shine. They are made primarily of PBT using a 5-Sided Dye-Sublimation process, which is highly durable and resistant to finger oils. They also feature a unique Frosted ABS dual-material design to enhance RGB lighting without compromising the durability of the typing surface.

Q: Do I need to download and install proprietary driver software?

A: No proprietary driver installation is required. The keyboard is compatible with VIA/VIAL firmware. You can configure your keymap and settings through the VIA web interface. Please note: You must connect in Wired Mode and manually load the provided JSON file to recognize the keyboard, as it is not yet natively merged into the official VIA repository.

Q: Is VIA support native (plug-and-play), or do I need to manually load a JSON file?

A: To use VIA or VIAL with this keyboard, you must manually download and import the corresponding JSON file; it is not natively recognized by the software.

Q: What is the QC standard for the case appearance? (External vs. Internal)

A: We inspect the external surfaces (visible parts) under a standard 30cm viewing distance.

External: The surface should be free of visible machining marks or scratches. Minor flaws like pinholes or pits under 1mm are allowed (max 3 spots on the top face).

Internal: Please note that internal surfaces (inside the case) are not covered by cosmetic QC. Tool marks, anodization hanging points, and minor internal scratches are normal manufacturing characteristics and are not considered defects.

Q: What is the warranty and exchange policy regarding QC issues?

A: We offer a tiered after-sales policy based on the time of receipt:

Within 3 Days: If you find a QC defect, we will arrange a replacement or exchange and cover all shipping costs.

4 to 7 Days: Exchanges are still available, but the buyer must pay for the return shipping cost, while we cover the shipping of the replacement unit.

After 7 Days: We no longer accept exchanges for cosmetic issues. Support will be limited to replacement parts only.

Q: Do I need to record a video when opening the package?

A: YES. An unboxing video is mandatory. To ensure your eligibility for after-sales support, please record a continuous video of the unboxing process. If any damage or QC flaws are claimed without video proof, we may not be able to process your return or exchange.

Q: What if there is physical damage (dents/collisions)?

A: For physical damage claims (e.g., shipping damage), you must provide the unboxing video and photos of the sealed packaging clearly showing the damage occurred prior to opening.
