Shipping Policy

At NPKClub, we strive to deliver your mechanical keyboard gear safely and efficiently. We ship globally from our manufacturing hub in Shenzhen, China.
1. Processing Time
For In-Stock Items:
We process orders promptly. Usually, within 1-3 business days after receiving your payment, we will pack and hand over your order to the carrier. You will receive a tracking number via email once the label is created.
For Pre-Orders / Group Buys:
Please refer to the specific product page for the estimated shipping date. Pre-order items are manufactured based on order volume and will ship once production is complete.
2. Estimated Delivery Time
The actual shipping time depends on your destination and the shipping method selected at checkout. Below are the typical timeframes for our standard international shipping:
- USA & Canada: 8 - 15 business days
- Europe (UK, DE, FR, NL, etc.): 7 - 12 business days
- Asia (JP, KR, SG, MY): 4 - 8 business days
- Australia & New Zealand: 8 - 14 business days
- Rest of the World: 15 - 25 business days
*Delivery to remote areas (e.g., Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, or remote islands) may take an additional 5-7 business days.
3. Shipping Restrictions
- P.O. Boxes / APO / FPO: Since our keyboard kits (like the RO75) are heavy aluminum products, most carriers require a physical address for secure delivery. We generally cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a residential or commercial address.
- Address Accuracy: Please ensure your address is correct. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
4. Customs, Duties & Taxes
Important for International Customers:
All international orders are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). This means product prices and shipping costs DO NOT include import duties, value-added taxes (VAT), or customs clearance fees.
As the recipient, you are responsible for paying these fees upon the package's arrival in your destination country. If a package is returned to us because you refused to pay customs duties, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
5. How Can I Track My Order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number.
- Method 1: Click the link in your email to view the status on our shop page.
- Method 2: You can also track your package via third-party services like 17Track using your tracking number.
If you haven’t received a tracking update within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us.
6. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your tracking information states that your package was delivered but you have not received it, or if your package arrives with visible external damage:
- Please contact the shipping carrier immediately to file a claim.
- Contact our support team at 3339411629wj@gmail.com (or support@npkclub.store) with your order number and photos of the damage. We will assist you in communicating with the logistics provider.
