This website is operated by NPKClub. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to NPKClub. NPKClub offers this website, including all information, tools, and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.
By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us (including the NPKC RO75 and accessories), you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve transmissions over various networks.
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service without express written permission by us.
2. Accuracy, Completeness and Timeliness of Information
Product Display & Colors: We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products (Aluminum Anodization/E-coating). However, we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate. Physical units may vary slightly from 3D renders commonly used in the mechanical keyboard industry.
Modification: We are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete, or current. The material on this site is provided for general information only.
3. Pre-Orders and Group Buys
In the custom keyboard hobby, many products are sold as "Pre-orders" or "Group Buys". By purchasing these items, you acknowledge that:
- Shipping Dates are Estimates: The estimated delivery date is our best guess based on production schedules. Delays can happen due to CNC manufacturing, anodization quality control, or logistics.
- Delays are Not Defaults: A delay in shipping does not constitute a breach of contract unless the delay is unreasonable (exceeding 6 months beyond estimate without update).
- Updates: We commit to providing regular updates via our Discord server and email newsletters regarding production status.
4. Modifications to the Service and Prices
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.
5. Products or Services
Certain products may be available exclusively online through the website. These products may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Refund Policy.
We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer.
6. Third-Party Tools & Links
We may provide you with access to third-party tools (such as VIA, QMK Configurator, or Discord) over which we neither monitor nor have any control nor input.
You acknowledge and agree that we provide access to such tools ”as is” and “as available” without any warranties, representations, or conditions of any kind. We shall have no liability whatsoever arising from or relating to your use of optional third-party tools. For example, issues arising from flashing incorrect firmware found on third-party forums are the user's responsibility.
7. User Comments, Feedback and Other Submissions
If you send specific submissions (e.g., contest entries, photos of your keyboard builds) or creative ideas, you agree that we may, at any time, without restriction, edit, copy, publish, distribute, translate and otherwise use in any medium any comments that you forward to us.
We maintain a respectful community. Harassment via email or on our social media channels/Discord server will not be tolerated and may result in a ban from our services.
8. Errors, Inaccuracies and Omissions
Occasionally there may be information on our site or in the Service that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information in the Service is inaccurate at any time without prior notice.
