Refund & Return Policy

At NPKClub, we are keyboard enthusiasts first. We understand that buying a premium aluminum keyboard like the RO75 involves high expectations. Our policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and supportive of the customization hobby.

1. 30-Day Return Window

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Quality Standards: What is Considered a Defect?

The NPKC RO75 is crafted using CNC aluminum and anodization/coating processes. To avoid confusion, please review our quality control standards regarding "Cosmetic Flaws" vs. "Functional Defects".

A. Valid for Return/Exchange (Functional Defects & Major Flaws)

  • PCB malfunction (e.g., keys not registering, RGB failure) upon arrival.
  • Visible scratches or chips on the external surfaces (Top Case, Bottom Case sides/back) that are larger than 1mm.
  • Structural misalignment preventing assembly.

B. Not Valid for Return (Industry Standards)

Please Note: The following are normal results of the manufacturing process and are not grounds for a free return:
  • Internal Marks: Anodization hook marks or slight CNC tool marks on the inside of the case (areas not visible after assembly).
  • Slight Color Variation: Minor differences in color between the top and bottom case due to batch anodization processes.

3. Modding & Warranty (The "Right to Repair")

We built the RO75 with a screwless ball-catch structure specifically to make modding easy. We encourage you to open your keyboard!

  • Disassembly: Opening the keyboard case to install switches, stabilizers, or mods (tape mod, foam mod) does NOT void your warranty.
  • User-Induced Damage: Warranty does not cover damage caused by improper operation. Examples include:
    • Popping a hotswap socket off the PCB by forcing a switch with bent pins.
    • Tearing the ribbon cables during disassembly.
    • Short-circuiting the PCB due to improper foam installation.

4. Dead on Arrival (DOA)

Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately (within 7 days of delivery) so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Requirement: Please provide a short video or clear photos demonstrating the issue (e.g., using a keyboard tester software) when contacting support.

5. Shipping Costs

  • Defective/Wrong Items: NPKClub covers all return shipping costs. We will provide a prepaid shipping label.
  • Change of Mind / Personal Preference: If you simply decide you don't want the item, you are responsible for the return shipping cost. Since international shipping for heavy aluminum keyboards is expensive, please consider this before purchasing.

6. Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
